I have Adobe Photoshop 8\.0 but i cannot find the warp tool?

Does the adobe 8.0 have the warp tool? if so, where?

Photoshop Cs3 has a Warp Tool (Edit/Transform/Warp), but I don’t know about version 8.0
You might try Edit/Transform/Distort, which should give you something like a warp. Also some of the filters, such as Filter/Distort/Shear, might be worth a try.
